Authorized use
GROUNDWING is an operations platform intended for authorized FBO personnel, their approved service partners, and passengers participating in an active vehicle or rental workflow. Organizations are responsible for the employees, devices, locations, and permissions they authorize.
Accounts and security
Users must protect their credentials, use only their assigned account, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Managers are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and removing access when it is no longer required. Activity may be recorded for security, support, and operational accountability.
Operational responsibility
GROUNDWING supports valet coordination; it does not replace airport rules, FBO procedures, employee judgment, physical key-control practices, or required vehicle-release verification. Users must confirm identity and authorization before releasing any vehicle.
Flight and third-party data
Scheduling, aircraft-position, ETA, maps, and messaging information may come from third-party providers and can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or inaccurate. GROUNDWING is not an air traffic control, flight dispatch, or emergency service. Users must not rely on it for flight safety decisions.
Text-message terms
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing unrelated goods or services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the service, access records without authorization, upload unlawful material, interfere with security controls, reverse engineer protected components, or use GROUNDWING in a way that violates law, airport requirements, or third-party rights.
Availability and changes
Features and integrations may change as the service develops. Integration availability depends on provider approval, customer authorization, connectivity, and commercial agreements. Additional written customer agreements may govern paid deployments and will control if they conflict with these public terms.
